PalletVision

Wrap-Point Verification for Every Pallet You Ship

Turn the wrap point into a source of pallet visibility, load-condition feedback, and time-stamped documentation before the completed load leaves the dock.

PalletVision mounts within an existing stretch-wrapping environment and automatically captures pallet data while the load is being wrapped, without requiring the current wrapper to be replaced.

What Is PalletVision?

PalletVision is a wrap-point verification and documentation system that works within an existing pallet-wrapping environment. It captures pallet images and measurements, evaluates the condition of the wrapped load, and creates a time-stamped digital record before the pallet moves into staging or shipment.

The system adds an intelligence layer to the wrapping process. It does not replace the stretch wrapper. Instead, it records what happened at the wrap point and gives operators information they can use before the load leaves the dock.

Capture. Score. Record.

01

Capture

PalletVision captures high-resolution pallet images and precise dimensions at the moment of wrap. The system can record load shape, film coverage, and visible wrap condition while the pallet is still at the wrapping station.

02

Score

On-site feedback gives operators visibility into wrap integrity and the PalletVision Load Health Score, helping identify a load that may need attention before it leaves the dock.

03

Record

Each pallet receives a time-stamped digital record that can support internal review, shipment-condition documentation, wrap-process visibility, and freight-claim discussions.

Captured information depends on the approved PalletVision configuration, wrapper setup, facility layout, and connected measurement equipment.

A Clearer Record of Every Wrapped Load

PalletVision on-site display showing pallet load information at the wrap station

Pallet Images

High-resolution visual records showing the pallet and load condition at the wrap point.

Pallet Dimensions

Length, width, height, and load-shape information captured during the wrapping process.

Wrap Coverage and Integrity

Visibility into film coverage, load shape, and the condition of the completed wrap.

Load Health Score

A real-time system score that helps operators review the quality and condition of the wrapped pallet.

Time-Stamped Load Record

A digital record that associates the captured information with the completed pallet and time of wrapping.

Weight and Supporting Data

Weight or other supporting load information when included in the approved configuration and integration.

What Happens at the Wrap Point Should Not Disappear

01

Replace Manual Documentation Steps

Reduce reliance on separate photographs, tape measurements, handwritten notes, and disconnected documentation processes.

02

Give Operators Earlier Feedback

Provide information while the pallet is still at the wrapper, when a load can be reviewed or rewrapped before shipment.

03

Improve Shipment-Condition Visibility

Create a consistent visual and measurement record that can be reviewed when questions arise about the condition of a load.

04

Support Freight-Claim Documentation

Provide time-stamped evidence from the point of origin when a carrier, customer, or internal team questions shipment condition.

Add Intelligence Without Replacing the Wrapper

PalletVision is designed to integrate into an existing stretch-wrapping environment. Camera and on-site system hardware are positioned around the wrapping process so pallet data can be captured as part of the normal load flow.

PalletVision PalletCam system hardware used to capture pallet data at the wrap point

Wrapper and Load Position

Review how the pallet enters, rotates, or moves through the wrapping process.

Camera Placement

Position the PalletVision camera to capture the required pallet views and measurement data.

On-Site Operator Feedback

Provide system visibility at the wrapper so operators can review what PalletVision is capturing.

Data and Workflow Connection

Determine how pallet records, shipment information, labels, scans, and other production data should connect.

Compatibility depends on the wrapper, pallet flow, installation space, facility conditions, network requirements, and approved project scope.

ATP team testing PalletVision in a warehouse wrapping operation

Tested Before Recommended

ATP evaluated PalletVision in its own operating environment before bringing the Solution to customers. That hands-on experience helps ATP understand how the system fits with real stretch-wrapping processes, mixed pallet loads, operator workflows, and dock conditions.

ATP can help evaluate the existing wrapper, pallet volume, documentation process, current areas of concern, and whether PalletVision is a practical fit for the operation.

Where PalletVision Fits

Distribution Centers

Document high-volume outbound pallet loads before staging or shipment.

Manufacturing Facilities

Create consistent records for finished goods leaving production.

3PL & Contract Logistics

Support multiple customer programs and shipment-documentation requirements.

E-Commerce & Fulfillment

Add pallet-level visibility after cases and orders are consolidated for outbound shipment.

Packaging & Warehouse Operations

Connect wrapping, labeling, scanning, measurement, and load documentation into a more controlled end-of-line process.

PalletVision ROI Assessment

See What the Numbers Look Like on Your Dock

ATP can review pallet volume, documentation labor, freight-claim concerns, film usage, wrap-quality consistency, and the current shipping workflow to help determine whether PalletVision is a practical fit.

PalletVision FAQs

Does PalletVision replace the existing stretch wrapper?

No. PalletVision adds pallet capture, scoring, and documentation to an existing stretch-wrapping environment. Compatibility and installation requirements must be reviewed for the specific wrapper and facility.

What information does PalletVision capture?

Depending on the approved configuration, PalletVision may capture high-resolution images, pallet dimensions, load shape, wrap-condition information, Load Health Score visibility, weight data, and a time-stamped digital record.

Can operators see an issue before the pallet leaves the dock?

PalletVision provides on-site system feedback at the wrap point. This can give operators an opportunity to review the load and take appropriate action before it moves into staging or shipment.

Can PalletVision help with freight-claim documentation?

PalletVision creates a time-stamped record of pallet condition at the point of origin. That information may support internal review and freight-claim discussions, but it does not guarantee that a carrier will approve a claim.

What information does ATP need to evaluate a PalletVision application?

Helpful information includes the current wrapper, pallet volume, pallet dimensions, load types, documentation process, claim concerns, film usage, available installation space, facility photographs, and video of the wrapping workflow.
